1.How do I properly use the BEAUTY COLOR CHANGING CANDLE?
A:Simply follow below instructions:
<1>. Remove all packaging prior to lighting.
<2>. Place candle on a flat, heat resistant surface away from walls.
<3>. Straighten wick and trim to 1/4 inch (0.635 cm) before every use.
<4>. Light the candle and it will glow in a rainbow of colors.
<5>. Color changing feature will stop after the flame is blown out.
<6>. Allow to cool before relighting or moving.
<7>. Store in a box or cool, dark environment when not in use.
2.The color light show on my candle is flickering on and off. What should I do?
A:First, make sure the candle is not in a drafty room. If problem persists, the flame may be too small, or the wick may be too long and curling. If the flame is too small, blow out the flame and carefully pour out the liquid wax into a temperature safe container for disposal, then relight the candle. If the wick is too long and curling, blow out the flame and trim the wick to 1/4 inch (0.635 cm), then relight the candle. Also ensure that the plastic fiber next to the wick doesn't have a blackened cap on it. If it does, trim it off with nail-clippers or small scissors, and relight the candle.
3.Will the candle burn all the way down?
A:The BEAUTY COLOR CHANGING CANDLES are real candles with Beauty L.E.D. technology inside. The wick will burn all the way down until it reaches the safety stopper, which will prevent it from touching the LED chip. The stopper will prevent the wick from burning below about one inch from the bottom.
4.Why should I keep the candle in darkness when not it use?
A:The BEAUTY COLOR CHANGING CANDLE uses a unique activation method which turns the color light show on when the light from the candle's flame is detected. In addition, bright fluorescent, incandescent and sunlight can also activate the color light show. When the candle is not in use it is important to store it in its original box or in a dark area to avoid accidental activation. |
